"I felt very safe staying by myself in this hotel. The room was also clean and neat. The lobby is beautiful as well as their rooftop. Personnel was nice, valet was easy to use and I was able to leave my bags at check out with ease to go eat in the surrounding area before leaving Los Angeles. Ultimately, I would recommend staying here."

"The highlight of our trip was the staff! The staff was so friendly and understanding. My wife has GI issues and one night she had an accident and it’s never easy telling horns she had an accident but the night manager was very sympathetic to the situation and was reassuring me that it wasn’t a problem, “you can’t control what you can’t control.” So huge shout out to Quentin for showing us some compassion and being so sympathetic to the situation. Also, huge shout out to Carla at the Cafe…Great personality and friendly and so pleasant to chat with. We lighted the covered garage and liked the cleanliness of the room. I really like that our bed was firm and not lumpy. Overall we would stay here again!"
