The beach is just a 4-5 minute drive by golf cart.

This coastal home is tastefully decorated, updated and fully stocked. Covered front porch and back porch with lots of seating. Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor: Master Bedroom, King Bed, Ensuite Full Bath. 2nd Floor: Guest Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, Ensuite Full Bath. Bedroom 3: King Bed, Ensuite Full Bath. Additional half bath downstairs.

We absolutely loved this place. Convenient to so many great places. And the golf carts were so much fun. We come twice a year and normally stay in a beach condo. But this property will be our spot / area from now on. Highly recommended!

Loved the location it was nice, quiet and centrally located to everything. Both golf carts were in great working condition. The home was smaller than I had imagined but the eight of us made it work (4 adults and 4 tweens). A few cons there was not any linen for the sleeper sofa (sheets & pillow cases). Sleeper sofa was extremely difficult to pull out and push in d/t one of the legs not functioning properly but we made do. Overall I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean rental in Sandestin.
