Gulf views are abundant from the spacious balcony and main living area. Throughout the rental, enjoy a surprising open feel from additional large windows offering plenty of natural light.

Spend all day relaxing, reading or just watching the waves while you lounge by the large beachside pool and sundeck which overlook the emerald Gulf waters and sugar white sands. Steps away, sink your toes in the sand with a short walk from the pool area down to the private beach access where more time for lounging awaits. If you take the day off from beach life, hop on the complimentary resort shuttle tram to the Village of Baytowne Wharf where shopping, dining and entertainment options are almost unlimited. Seasonal entertainment includes live music almost nightly, fireworks, outdoor movies and more! If you need to get your heart rate up, hop on the shuttle again to make your morning tee time at one of four noteworthy golf courses or stop in for a game on one of 16 tennis courts.

Between the courts and the beach, swing by the condo for a snack and to load up your cooler for an afternoon in the sand. The updated kitchen, full size appliances, spacious countertops and storage make putting together any picnic or dinner a breeze. The large bathroom has been completely updated offering a large sink area and shower. When it’s time to turn in, the sleep room offers a separate sleeping option in addition to the king bed and sleeper sofa in the main living area.

The property was in a great location. The condo had an incredible beachfront view and access to an opened pool. The communication with the property owner and vacation stay representative was remarkable. They responded to any questions and concerns immediately. For example, we noticed that the beach chair that was provided was broken and the owner brought brand new chairs the following morning! The only concern that we experience was the access to the gate/building codes, and the delay in the elevators. Overall, I would definitely stay at this property again!

The condo was very nice and right on the beach. The only concern I had was some type of smell coming out of the bathroom the maintenance person did come by but I was out! overall I will give it a 8/10.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great location and staff were nice, as always. This particular room really needs new appliances. The washer and dryer is really awful and the dishwasher door doesn’t always stay open. The bed was full of sand when I arrived as well. I’d come back but wouldn’t stay in that room again.

This was our first trip to the Destin area. We enjoyed staying at the Sandestin Resort. We travelled with two adults amd two children, ages 4 and 5. They enjoyed riding in the golf cart around the resort. They also enjoyed the Baytowne village; the nightly events, ice cream store and games. Our condo was perfect size for a family of four and walking distance to the pool. The condo has everything you need for your stay. I would recommend staying here.

It was enjoyable except for the person/s smoking in the complex rendering the balcony unusable. When we booked the vacation it said it was a non smoking destination. Management needs to enforce the non smoking policy

Unit was hard find. Elevators broken down daily. Pool was closed several days in a row. Hate code keypads broken daily. There is NO ONE you can contact that will actually be able to help you. It was the worst stay we have ever encountered with a property. Way over priced.

The check in process was simple & easy. The condo was as shown in the photos. We did have a broken toilet seat when we arrived that was fixed within 24 hours. The king size bed was way to soft for our liking but the view from the bed was amazing. Both outlets by the end tables only had 1 of the two outlets that worked. The beach was way to crowded and with the number of umbrellas & chairs the beach service but up each day by 10-11am you should see the beach. Overall we liked the unit with the exception of the mattress but will look for a place that is not in a highrise building with several other high rises around it.

The property is beautiful. The condo was also beautifully decorated, clean, and in a great location. Once we were in the condo, everything was terrific. We had a wonderful view of the beach, and beach was a few feet away. We want to thank our hosts for sharing their vacation home with us. We loved the condo and location. Sandestin is an awesome resort, and we would definitely visit again. The only con is that we were told we would receive the check-in information 48 hours in advance. We had to call to get the instructions the day before when we were in route which was a little uncomfortable. Also, the check-in instructions needed to be clearer. The condo access code needs to be stated as condo door code instead of access code. The property had a gate code, condo entrance code, and access code. When we arrived at the condo, we noticed that there were other families who were confused about the codes as well. We would suggest that there should be clearer instructions for travelers who haven’t previously booked through a booking service.

My husband and I just returned from a week in Sandestin and we're ready to go back! The unit was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. We were right on the beach. The unit overlooked the pool but being on the 4th floor we had plenty of privacy when sitting on the balcony. The view of the beach from the balcony was fantastic. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at the end of the day. There were also plastic wine glasses so we could enjoy a glass while walking on the beach at sundown. We didn't do any cooking (it was vacation!) but the kitchen a good size and had all the necessary items if we had decided to cook. The beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. There was a large ice machine on the lower level of the building so we could fill up our cooler on the way to the beach. We tried several of the restaurants on the property and enjoyed them all. We didn't use the extra bedroom but noted that it would easily accommodate another couple or children.

Reviewer Comments: Carts are scarce waiting almost an hour and was told to go to each floor and look!Felt very unsafe in our room after a fire alarm inspector was given code and walked in on us! HE SOFTLY knocked and walked on in IMMEDIATELY without waiting to see if anyone was there, coming in to check fire alarm! HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE GIVEN DOOR CODE! There is no deadbolt or chain on door FOR OUR SAFETY ! I had to barracde the door after that, anyone with passcode has access to walk in on us!Not safe in your own room!We reported and nothing done! Said they would find out from building owner ! We had to leave for most of the day while they checked alarm system! High volume speaker in room and building went off every 5 minutes from 10;00am -4:00pm ! Next day water was turned off for a few hours! Refrigerator didn't cool very well. Found no cart again when leaving and made 4 trips down elevator with luggage! There is no designated place for them so you just go from floor to floor hoping to find one as per maintenence employee! WORST STAY EVER !

We had a neighbor directly next door who loved smoking cigars out on his patio and the smoke would blow directly onto our patio. Reached out to booking agency and they gave me a local phone number to call but it was always busy. I was told the building is a non smoking building but this is not the first time this has occurred when we have stayed in this building. I finally spoke to the gentleman and the smoking stopped but I felt for the cost that it should not have been my responsibility to confront the man.
