Not safe
We were not informed ahead of time that the building was not safe to occupy. The County posted a notice on the post and the building was condemned. We were scared that the roof would collapse on us. I have a pic of the notice and will be happy to share it with you.

Wonderful week
Loved the unit...nicely decorated....upgraded kitchen and bath...very nice walk in shower.......loved being on first floor....20 steps to pool with nice large hot tub..nice view off deck of pool and ocean....5 minutes to beach directly across street from condo facility....very quiet and relaxing....host/owner very responsive and easy to contact...would stay here again...

Great location!
The location is great for the beach access, and is within walking distance of restaurants, the winery, and souvenir shops. The beach chairs and umbrellas were an added bonus, too. The kitchen could use some new pots and pans, but is well-stocked otherwise. We did have another issue that was addressed, so I won’t go into details. Hopefully it’s completely resolved soon.

Simply Amazing
We absolutely loved this property. Alex did a great job communicating promptly! They have plenty of beach chairs to use and the condo was supplied with everything we needed. We’ve already booked our stay for next summer!

Great location
We had a great time! Had a minor set back with the air but the owner was very easy to get in contact with and had it fixed very quickly. Will be back to stay here again!!!

We went down for a few days to attend a twirl camp at destin middle school. The condo was only 10 minutes away and super convenient. The condo was clean. We will definitely book again if/when we return.

A little get away

Great place
Great location in building-right outside from grill and pool-across street from beach. Perfect! Clean in condo and has everything I needed-including a crockpot! Owner had great communication and answered all questions I had.

Good place at a good location.
Over all it was a good place but a few things could have made it better. There was no pot holder and only one kitchen towel, a small coffee maker with no filters and the bed frame was too big for the room, we bruised our legs walking around it.

Awesome beach experience!
We booked a 4 night stay and had an awesome experience. Had a minor issue upon arriving, but reached out to the host who was very accommodating . A short walk across to the beach and the pool on the grounds was nice as well. We highly recommend this place.

Perfect for proximity to beach
Arrived early. Communication with property manager got us into the condo and a head start on relaxation. Being so close to the beach was amazing. Condo was clean and had the necessary goods. Wi-Fi unfortunately was an issue. I would have loved to not need it but with my work and the kids school, it was required. It was a shame that for more than 50% of the stay, Wi-Fi wasn’t working. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations.

Family friendly and short walk to the beach
Condo was exactly as advertised. Property owner was responsive and helpful getting building management to research and resolve Wi-Fi issues on our first day. Condo was close to some favorite Destin area restaurants and many fun things to do nearby or a short drive away.

Nice Bathroom But That’s About It!
Pros: Renovated bathroom Close to pool Cons: No automatic ice maker-only two ice trays No rugs if any kind (except small shower rug) so floor was always sandy even though we swept several times a day Internet did not work. Reported it to owner. Was told it must be a full building issue. Never tried to troubleshoot it for us. Fridge wasn’t working properly initially when we got there. Owner did not send anyone to check it. Had to ‘play’ with it and it finally started cooking. OWNER DID NOT LET US KNOW ABOUT A SERIOUS AC UNIT LEAK. We heard it dripping when it got quiet the first night. Opened the unit door and found two plastic bowls sitting there to catch the water. One was overflowing and the the other was about to overflow. The condo would’ve had water all over the floor is we hadn’t kept dumping the water out of the bowls a few times every day. Owner asked me at one point (after I told him about the fridge) if we could be there to let the repairman in the next sometime between 11:00-3:00! Overall the condo was nice enough but I won’t rent it again due to no rugs to help catch the sand and the irresponsibility of owner in not letting us know about AC leak and not seeing about the fridge.

Great vacation spot
Condo was clean, close to beach, and had a great pool, we very much enjoyed our vacation! A few more garbage bags, towels and pizza pan would have been great so we didn't have to go buy extra. But overall 5 stars.

Great little place
We really enjoyed working with the owner, super helpful when needed we needed information or make changes. It is a small place but has everything you need. No washer and dryer in unit but there are some right outside the condo. Super short walk to the beach.

Slice of paradise!
I have nothing but great things to say about this condo. Impeccably clean, quiet and a wonderful place to get away. Perfectly situated just across the street from the beach and a short drive or walk to amazing food and entertainment. Alex was a pleasure to communicate with and very easy to contact. Location Location Location
Nice Condo with a great location. Host worked with us on an early check in since I didn't have a vehicle and was relying on ubers. That was a huge plus. Place was clean, had everything I needed for my stay. Quiet neighbors and saw some incredible sunsets with the beach being a minute walk. Second time here and I love it.

Great spot steps from the beach!
Alex was a wonderful host. This was a great spot for a family with small kids. We were able to go back and forth from the beach as the kiddos wore out, which made the experience much more enjoyable since it is less than a 5 minute walk.

Close to the beach and other tourists
The room unit is located in a MDU (multiple dwelling unit) much like a motel. The bedroom is located next to an outer wall with a window where foot traffic for other residents is common. The bed was very stiff, if you're not used to hard beds a topper is advised. The bathroom was a good size for a single person and the shower water pressure was sub par. The kitchen looks brand new and was in great shape! It's also possible to exit out the back of the unit to a patio area, however it's not private to the unit but seems to serve a few others as well. It has a grill, but it's the style of grill you'd see at a campsite, charcoal/wood only. The swimming pool is just steps away from the patio! Although, with the ocean a few steps away from the pool...you can decide which you'd rather swim in. The beach is very crowded in the area of the condo and seems to be a popular place for public swimming and use too. The internet was down during our time there and we weren't able to have it repaired or checked. Luckily there's plenty to do in the Destin area. Overall a pretty nice place and location!

Nice location and management, but not clean
I stayed here for one week. The management is great, location is amazing and very convenient. The only thing that my family and I didn’t like was how unclean the condo was. When we first arrived, there was a horrible stench of a wet dog, mainly in the bed room. There was hair on the blankets! The couch had some dog food on it. Everything else in the condo was fine. Later we contacted management and let him know about the issue. We clean the condo to try to remove the smell. And it did help, and the rest of our stay was fine. My family and I decided on the low rating because a clean place is one of our top priorities, and cleaning where we are supposed to stay is quiet inconvenient.

Great Time!!
We always look for something in this area and found this condo! Everything was just as described. Had everything we needed and clean. Owner was very nice and I did not need anything during our stay but easy to contact if needed! Loved being right by the beach, pool and being able to bring our dog! Also right outside of busy Destin. Those are always our go to’s when looking for a condo. If I had to find a negative if would be trying to find good parking after coming in from a late dinner at night. If you stay out late expect to park in the back corner by the dumpster and not in front of the building. Still same parking lot though. Pool is directly out back door and washer and dryer room is directly out front door of condo. That was convenient! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thank you!!!

Good Stay with Excelent Location
Our accomodation were wonderful. The beach is to close and excelent. The grill area was a little dirty but I wasn't a problem for me because I had my own grill. The storage box and the chairs were left with sand by the previous guest. My suggestion is cleaning better because I found dog hair in everything. It wasn't problem for me but maybe for others guests.
