The property was clean and staff very nice. Small rooms to be expected at a European hotel. Good shower. Beaches are rocky, again Europe. Town not much to see but ok place for stop over. Little hike from train station.

I love this place! The room was perfect - clean, well-equipped, and with a view of the ocean. The convenient parking lot right outside the front door made it easy to haul my luggage in, and the staff was splendid - kind, friendly, and accommodating. So far, this is my favorite hotel on this trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Feeling jaded when we arrived and this hotel was the perfect place to recharge the batteries. It is an old building that could do with a make-over but it is clean and the staff are friendly and obliging. Best decision we made was to have our main meal at the hotel. Meals are so delicious and were the best we had since arriving in Italy....made fresh and made with love. Thank you Hotel Eleanoro.

Not worth it...
Room was very dirty, bed covers were full of dog hair, you can pick it up with a shovel. Very poor breakfast The hotel has no tourist information at all.

Good time in Scauri
we had great time in this hotel, well situated in small town of Scauri along the boardwalk. The room was very comfortable and the service in the hotel by all his employers was excellent. The Hotel needs to improve his internet wi-fi capabilities and had some small repairs but it is a great value

Nicely Located
We stayed for one night on our way to Ciampino to catch our flight home. The hotel was easy to find being on the seafront at Scaula. The hotel was nicely presented with free car parking and was within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars. The double room was small but adequate and had a small bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet and sink. It was very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was Italian buffet style with plenty of choice. We had a slight problem on checkout when the receptionist insisted that we had not paid in advance and wanted me to make a Credit Card payment. She was a little confrontational about it, even though I showed her my Hotel.com receipt. She did finally contacted her manager by phone who did apologise admitting he had forgotten to mark the paperwork correctly. This kind of error should not occur though as when touring it is easy to forget which hotels have been pepaid and which have not. Making a double payment can be difficult to sort out once you have returned home. That said, if we were to visit the area again we would definately stay at Villa Elonora.

A wonderful location our family room overlooked the sea and with a large balcony area it was lovely. Friendly staff and a comfortable lobby area with wifi. Wish we could have stopped longer but will definatly be returning. Great for couples or family.

A big big disappointment
I only booked one night - but before I arrived I was planning to stay two nights as on paper the hotel seemed to be just what I needed for a long deserved rest after 2000km touring around Italy. I even upgraded my room in anticipation, however all was not as it seemed on paper it probably had lots of facilities which may well be why it had a high rating but it lacked any of the refinement. Staff didn't have any interest in dealing with tourists! Again as was the case with other hotels at this time of year the restaurant was closed in addition the wifi was limited to 1 hour I failed to find most of the things listed in the description like the sea view all I could see was a car park through a dirty window no laptop safe no slippers, the bathroom was dirty the shower still had used toiletries in the tray and the shower holder was broken. The room was basic with a headboard that made it very difficult to sit upright as you would bang you head the LCD tv was tiny and the AC was manually controlled. Breakfast was ample which was probably the nicest part of my visit not least because I was about to check out!

Troppo caro per il poco che offrono. Camera molto piccola e stretta, idem il bagno. Niente balcone. Niente armadio, giusto uno stand di 50 cm. Niente aria condizionata poiché è centralizzata, ne avevamo bisogno nel pomeriggio, essendoci il sole battente direttamente sulla finestra e l’abbiamo richiesta, ma siamo stati ignorati. Niente connessione internet, il Wi-Fi non arrivava in camera. La doccia discreta ma poco pulita. Colazione scadente. Sconsigliato!!

Leuk zo pal aan zee met privéstrand!
Wij verbleven drie nachten in Villa Eleonora in juli 2017. We hadden de minst dure kameroptie geboekt, maar omdat we aan de zijkant van het hotel zaten konden we toch prachtig op strand en zee kijken. De kamer was niet groot maar voldeed prima. Het is werkelijk fantastisch om pal aan de boulevard te zitten, met aan de overkant van de straat het privéstrand. De staf is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima, al verwonderde het ons dat er naast croissants en toastbrood geen gewone broodjes waren, dit zou een waardevolle aanvulling zijn. Ook fruit erbij zou lekker zijn.

Hotellet er ikke verdt pengene. Vi betalte en del mer pr natt for havsutsikt som bare var bortkastede penger. Det innebar 2 vinduer ut mot havet, det ene var inne i dusjen så der måtte alt være nedrykket hvis du ikke ville vise deg frem for alle. Frokosten var dårlig, ingen frukt el noe grønt, kun noen kaker, kjeks mm

Das Hotel Eleonora ist ein kleines feines Hotel. Leider ist die die Zimmereinrichtung schon ziemlich alt. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eigentlich ganz ok, trotzdem hätten wir für eine Hotel mit 3 Sternen etwas mehr erwartet als fast nur abgepackte Sachen.

Ci sono stato già due settimane fa sempre per un giorno sabato-domenica e la conferma che ci siamo trovati benissimo è stato il volerci ritornare a distanza di una settimana, io mia moglie e mio figlio di 2 anni (che due settimane prima aveva ancora 1 anno, nella settimana intermezza ne ha compiuti 2). L'accoglienza è stata sempre calorosa e cordiale già dal momento della prenotazione, avevo chiesto una camera se possibile vista mare, ma mi dicevano fossero occupate e piu' grandi. Invece poi una volta arrivati una signora credo la proprietaria, ci ha messo a disposizione 3 camere e la scelta era la nostra, dopo averle visionate abbiamo scelto la 325 al 3° piano, non perchè avessero qualcosa di mancante le altre, ma perchè mio figlio di appena 2 anni ama il mare e ogni volta che lo vede va in estasi e sorride (e la 325 era quella con maggiore vista sul mare rispetto alle altre 2). Per un papà e per una mamma non c'è nulla di più bello di accontentare e vedere le espressioni felici che hanno i figli. Ringrazio la signora per la splendida camera pulitissima come al solito, comoda e per l'ottima colazione che potete gustare con dolci, cornettini ottimi che vengono aggiunti di continuo, insieme alle graffette e tutto cio' che man mano finisce. Alla cordialità e simpatia di tutto lo staff di Villa Eleonora. Grazie. Ci torneremo presto.

Sono stato con mia moglie e mio figlio la settimana scorsa per una notte presso questa struttura che si trova sul lungomare di Scauri Hotel situato a pochi metri dal mare, attraversi la strada, c'è il lungomare e poi il mare. Abbiamo trascorso due giorni davvero speciali, con il sole e quell'aria di mare che ti rilassa. Struttura con personale cordialissimo, già da quando ho prenotato, ho chiamato per chiedere delle informazioni e mi hanno subito risposto, soprattutto anche se arrivavamo prima visto che avevamo un bimbo di 1 anno, se potevamo sistemarci e rinfrescarci un po', ma sopratutto per il bimbo. Ci hanno messo subito la camera a disposizione, regalando a mio figlio una pistolina ad acqua, non lo dico per il regalino ma per il gesto. Sempre a disposizione il personale ci hanno offerto caffe' che avevamo preso, stanza pulitissima altrettanto il bagno e tutto l'Hotel, wi-fi funzionante, c'è anche uno splendido solarium e la colazione è per tutti i gusti e molto abbondante, il giorno della partenza abbiamo lasciato l'auto nel parcheggio la mattina e l'abbiamo ripresa al momento di partire, anche se ci avevano dato la disponibilità di poter rientrare in albergo gratuitamente per poter rinfrescarci, ma sopratutto per mio figlio per eventuali cambi A pranzo e cena siamo stati nei ristoranti, trattorie e lidi della zona e davvero anche li tutti molto cordiali, disponibili e prezzi contenuti Consiglio a tutti di concedersi anche una giornata,un week end presso l'hotel Eleonora

Bodde en natt, fint och rent hotellrum. Dock väldigt lyhört från trafiken utanför. Minus för en tv med massvis med kanaler men inte en enda på engelska, allt dubbat till italienska. Väldigt nära stranden och fri parkering utanför entren. Frukosten var mest kakor och sött, men bra kaffe.

L'hotel ha una posizione centrica. Abbiamo avuto bella vista mare sia dalla camera che dal bagno. Splendido solarium. Pasti buoni. Lo staff gentilissimo, pronto ad aiutare sempre.

Сначала нам достался узкий номер, без балкона, душевая кабина очень тесная. Отель пляжный, но в номере не предусмотрено ничего для сушки вещей. В ванной ни одного лишнего крючка, надо проявлять чудеса изобретательности, чтобы пристроить купальники, полотенца. Хоть бы на дверь что ли крючок прибили. Через 4 дня нас переселили в большой номер с огромным балконом (спасибо большое Винченсо), в этом номере, конечно, жить намного веселее. Но шанс, что он вам достанется не велик так, как это фэмили рум. На завтраке немного напрягало, что часто приходилось есть всухомятку так, как кофе или чай нужно было заказывать у официантов, а они не торопились подходить. Приходилось всячески привлекать их , чтобы обратили внимание)), хотелось бы, чтобы подходили сразу. На пляже бардак, кудрявый парень, распорядитель лежаками, чаще всего играл в карты с друзьями, ситуацией не владел совершенно. Наши лежаки, постоянно были заняты, каждый раз начинались разборки, куда нам приземлиться. Вокруг полно пустых лежаков, но он делал страшные глаза, мол они заняты. Мы ему говорим, ну так освобождай наши, он нам: «моя твоя не понимай». И так каждый день. Надо им навести порядок на пляже. Отношения к гостям хорошее. У мужа был юбилей, поставили в номер шампанское в ведёрке, закуски, было очень приятно. И в заключение, несмотря на то, что в отзыве достаточно критики (это только в помощь, для улучшения сервиса), отдых в отеле нам понравился.Надо помнить, что это 3*, хотя ценник в августе, был на все 5*

Albergo semplice ma onesto con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La camera era semplice ma pulita, il bagno un po' piccolo. Il personale piuttosto cortese. Parcheggio privato incluso e spiaggia riservata. Non abbiamo testato la cucina ma la colazione era discreta. Tutto sommato consigliato.
