"受付カウンターの裏に書類や物が山積みで汚い。部屋のエアコンはすごい動作音、外もうるさく、部屋に耳栓が 置いてある。ベッドは硬く畳の様。風呂の湯だけはラドンと天然温泉で素晴らしいが、風呂の掃除もされておらず、石鹸シャンプーは４席に一つ、とにかく人がちゃんとやればできるところが全くされておらず、これで素泊まり二人で１９０００はボリすぎ"

"とにかく古いです。部屋のエアコンは新しいものがついていましたが、古いエアコンは見た目に汚らしく、目に入ることが不快になるほどでした。それ以外は清潔にしてありました。部屋の広さは十分なのですが、ベッドのスプリングがきしみ過ぎていて、眠れませんでした。それは最悪でした。お風呂は人数制限をしているにも関わらず、混んでいて、裸でシャワーが空くのを待たなくてはなりません。お風呂に浸かるのも同じく。入った気がしませんでした。ロケーションは駅にも近くとても良いですが、もう泊まらないと思います。ただし、スタッフは皆さん親切でした。そこで救われていますね。"

"Loved our stay here. Staff was thorough and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. First time sleeping on tatami mats! This was the most expensive hotel on our Japan trip as we were hoping to see Mt Fuji from our room. Unfortunately we didn’t, as it was cloudy. The French restaurant was expensive with very small portions, but flavorful dishes. The breakfast was simply amazing; we got to try Japanese traditional dishes. The free shuttle goes from Kawaguchiko Station to the hotel. "
