"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? Well, it doesn’t matter with this property cause you’re winning on all 3. Quiet location at the end of summer/beginning of autumn, room size was good, room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable, bedding was great (the best pillows of the 8 hotels I’ve stayed in Japan). "Minakamikan is a great place to Stay, Clean and bright interior.
Onsen was very nice, rooms have been keep in top shape, with new fresh tatami mats, clean walls, etc.
Buffett breakfast had a lot of choices, Japanese and some western items.

"Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time.
