Onsen is great We stayed on top floor 5th floor, lift only goes to 4th floor unfortunately, so carry up luggage 25 steps. Might need help if you struggle with heavy lifting Room is spacious. Lobby lounge comfy. Well family ran hotel. Shuttle bus runs frequently morning till 6pm. The shuttle bus at echigo station stops on the right side as you come out the sliding door of the station if you are looking for it. There is ski rental if needed. Small souvenirs shop with second hand ski equipment if needed. Fresh towel every day . Nice place to stay Has to use shuttle bus if you don’t have a car. Otherwise taxi. We had a car. There is 3 parking spot in front of hotel. Most of the time they were available during our stay. This is a very warm experience and we will remember this when every time we review this trip!
