The nearest MM 1 (red line) stop is Wagner, a 10-minute walk away.

The interior is laid out as follows:



LIVING AREA. Kitchenette equipped with a four-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and conventional oven, coffee maker, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils.

Double sofa bed and TV, dining table.

BEDROOM. Double bed, desk, and closet. Split AC unit.

BATHROOM (inside the bedroom). Shower stall, bidet, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. Washing machine.



OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.



Central heating with thermostatic valves.



- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Blue Metro (M4) to the San Babila stop. From there, take the Red Metro line (M1) and get off at the Wagner stop, just a 9-minute walk from the property.



- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to the Milano Cadorna station. From there, take bus No. 85 and get off at the Via Washington/Via Pirandello stop, just a one-minute walk from the property.



- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by walking to the Lima stop on the Red Metro line (M1) and then getting off at the Wagner stop, just a 9-minute walk from the property.



- If you’re travelling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park on the street in paid blue-line zones (NOT guaranteed).

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
