All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioners/heat pumps (manufactured in 2026) to ensure an extremely comfortable stay year-round.

Private garage parking is available for a fee in the same building.

Designed to comfortably accommodate families, couples, or professionals, the space is laid out as follows:

- Sleeping Area: A spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, elegant built-in closets, and a walk-in closet. A versatile second bedroom with a single bed, a second pull-out bed, and a dedicated home office area.

- Wellness Area: The modern bathroom offers the ultimate in relaxation thanks to the Jacuzzi whirlpool tub/shower, complemented by a laundry area with a built-in washing machine and dryer.

- Comfort: The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker) to ensure a worry-free stay.

- Parking: There is ample free parking available on the street where the apartment is located and on neighbouring streets. There are also charging stations for electric cars right in front of the entrance.

- Private Parking: Private parking is available for an additional fee of 15 euros per day.
