The room and amenities were nice, I liked the Nespresso machine. Breakfast was good. The swimming pool area was nice and shaded when we were there, which was good in the heat. The restaurant served an all you can eat buffet for dinner, which was good. Breakfast was included, it was very nice.

This was our last night before heading home from Milan. The hotel was only 10 minutes from the airport, a grocery store across the road and hotel restaurant on site. We appreciated the oversized and comfortable room.

The carpet floor didn’t look clean although the bed was really clean and tidy. Bathroom was decent but needed extra towels for a family of four. The lobby was warm, didn’t know if it was the crowd of people checking in or a problem with the A/C. Other family members were also staying here and their room A/C was not cooling properly. As an airport hotel that is conveniently located for an early morning flight,it worked great.

It is a clean facility and nice staff. We had a dinner at the hotel. They provide a dinner buffet and the food was good. The only problem with the buffet, they didn’t have refill of pots, when they got empty!! The check in process of hotel was very long. It was not busy but it seems they have a shortage of staff. It was only one receptionist and he supposed to answer the phones and talk with the guests/ customers!

I highly recommend Novotel. It is 8 minutes from the Malpensa Airport. The restaurant menu is diverse and the meals excellent! The rooms are very clean and lobby, inviting. And the cost is quite reasonable.

Great hotel close to MXP airport. Hotel was super clean, rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Big bathrooms with amazing showers. Food was very good and nice having a bar right there. The gym was perfect for getting in your workout while on holiday. The staff is truly amazing and felt like family when leaving. Highly recommended this place. Will stay again

Stay was fine, and the front desk staff was helpful. Two things that could be improved: our room was very warm and felt uncomfortable, and we were surprised that the pool was not open at the end of May. I would have appreciated knowing that in advance.

Positive: Check-in process, cleanliness, location in relation to the airport, room service. Cons: The room temperature was very warm, we asked the front desk for help with maintenance assistance with the AC unit, but there wasn't much they could do about it. We were also disappointed that it was end of May and the swimming pool was not open, not even filled. We were looking forward to a swim to cool off from the warm days.
