"Good hotel, not much around as far as authentic Italian restaurants. We were there during the 2026 June heatwave and our room was nice a cool. Room was good, they only give you 2 pillows (not that great either) so you need to call down to get additional. The phone in our room didn't work so anything I needed I had to go down to the lobby. Had a little issue with my laundry, it was lost for a little bit, and didn't get done. The staff did a great job of tracking my laundry down and getting it back to me, once we found it I said I didn't need it washed which is why it didn't get done. The shower door didn't really shut so lots of water and the rain shower head leaked cold water, that part was no good. The last thing, they have a beautiful lounge in the lobby and a roof top lounge as well. For some reason during this heatwave they kept the roof open but never opened the lobby bar. You couldn't be on the roof for a drink at 5p because it was way to hot.
Not sure if I would stay again, not because of a bad experience, more because I want more authentic Milan around the hotel. If you want walking distance to train and metro this is the place for you. Also if I went back I would reserve a bigger room, 150 sq/ft for two people is not a lot of space."
