HORRIVEL

hotel fonctionnel

Not a 4 start hotel experience!

The lady at reception was nice and helpful but when we arrived to the hotel we were told that it was fully booked and they didn't know why we where able to book. We were offered a very dated and noise (a water heater for the full flat in the room) room in an block of flats across the road with no Internet. And we were still charged the full price we paid for a 4 start hotel!!!

Buono

The pictures you see on expedia are not true

The pictures you see on expedia are not from that hotel. The rooms were very small and outdated. Cleanliness was poor. Breakfast was average. The staff were very nice and helpful. Parking is extra. Wifi was very slow. Location is about 30mn from The Piazza Duomo and there is nothing go do around this hotel.
