This was our first stay in Milan, and we were pleased with our choice of Heart Milan Apartments. The staff was very accommodating and remained in contact with us from the day before our arrival until the day we checked out. The apartment was just a five-minute walk from the Duomo di Milano and conveniently close to many restaurants and shops. Although we arrived in late August, the air conditioning was a major advantage. The room was clean and ideal for two people.

We had a wonderful stay at Heart of Milan Apartment. The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow, making our arrival completely stress-free. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and public transportation just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan!

The staff was excellent, Paola was God sent! She guided me every step of the way. She made everything easy for us. The property was bigger than what I expected and super close to the Duomo. I would highly recommend this spot.

This apartment is in an amazing location, close to everything, it’s very clean, and pretty comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated the ease with which the staff were able to assist and communicate. I recommend it for their great service and location and would stay there again.

The room was clean, with a fully functional kitchen. Really useful if you just want to make your own breakfast before the hectic day starts. Local supermarket next door. Really conveniently placed for the must sees
