The 45-square-meter apartment is laid out as follows:



-LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, split AC, dining table, and kitchenette with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and kettle. Access to the balcony

-BEDROOM with a double bed, small TV, closet, and split AC. Access to the second balcony.

-BATHROOM with bidet, shower stall, and washing machine

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.

- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the brand-new M4 line to Forlanini. From there, take the R34 train and get off at Lambrate Station, which is an 11-minute ride from the apartment.



- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Cadorna Station, where you can take the subway (M2) to Lambrate, which is 11 minutes away from the apartment.



- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the M2 subway line to Lambrate.



- If you’re travelling by car, parking is not included; however, you can park for free on the street near the apartment (not guaranteed).
