The property is located in a strategic area, well connected thanks to numerous public transport and equipped with services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets within walking distance.  
  
The accommodation has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.  
  
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.  
  
For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows: \* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro. We are unable to check in after 11pm.

Inganni is a residential neighborhood located in the south-western outskirts of Milan, and is part of Municipio 6\. The neighborhood is well connected to the city center thanks to the red metro line, with the Inganni station serving the area.

The area is equipped with several green areas, including the Parco delle Crocerossine, a large urban park that offers large green spaces, ideal for walks, picnics and outdoor activities.  
  
Inganni is also home to several schools, shops, restaurants and bars, which contribute to making it a lively and dynamic neighborhood. Furthermore, the presence of sports facilities and cultural centers offers various opportunities for recreation and socialization for residents and visitors.

\- From Milan Linate Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the M4 blue line metro to the San Cristoforo stop; from there take bus 49 to the Via Inganni - Via Rondine stop, a 1-minute walk from the property;  
  
\- From Milan Malpensa Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the Malpensa Express shuttle to Milan Cadorna station, from where you can take the metro (M1) to the Inganni stop, a 6-minute walk from the property;  
  
\- From Central Station, you can reach the apartment by taking the metro (M2) to the Cadorna stop, from where you can take the metro (M1) to the Inganni stop, a 6-minute walk from the property.  
  
\- If you travel by car, you can leave your car for free in the parking lots under the house (parking NOT guaranteed) or for a fee on blue lines.
