Jane our host was really lovely and could not do enough for us. The apartment was charming and we really felt like we were in Italy. The apartment was spacious,clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets and pillows if needed.The area is very safe and close to coffee shops, pizza etc and a 5 minute walk towards the big yellow building is a long road full of shops and places to eat. A 15 minute walk along this street takes you to the trams where we had a day trip to Naviglia which is a canal district with shops and places to eat. I loved it here. Also near the trams is a park which leads to the main part of the City with the Galleria and Cathedral etcCasa Broggi is a lovely place to stay and Jane the fantastic host made it even more enjoyable and I would highly recommend it ##### jane b. The apartment is perfect for a family. There are so many toys, a high chair, and the neighborhood has everything you will need with everything a few steps away. The building is so pretty and it felt like we were staying in a beautifully appointed Italian home. Everything was super clean, well curated, and Jane provided many recommendations in Milan. Our best dinner during our vacation was at a neighborhood restaurant recommended by our thoughtful host. I can’t say enough great things about this place. I have never had such an experience! The house is gorgeous, very clean, specious and in a perfect location. I loved the neighborhood and it is so close to walk to Duomo and Milano Central station. You can also get on a bus, the bus station is right across the street. The house was equipped with everything you need and the host is lovely - if you need anything she will respond to you right away. I would highly recommend this place - great price, location, the area has bunch of restaurants and clothing shops. There is a grocery store right across the street which is very convenient if you need to buy food. Overall excellent experience, the host was so kind she also left us a basket of snacks, champagne. Located in a mainly residential area, with a handy supermarket and cafe a few meters walk away.Casa Broggi is well located for Linate airport, Central Station and Old Milan. The station is located a short walk from which we were easily able to visit various Lake Como towns, as well as Bergamo and Bologna. Trams and metro are easy to use. Milan was great: Duomo, churches, museums, shops, and the grand cemetery.
