Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Location is good. Size of room is very very small. Bathroom had a weird smell and needs an update as fittings were tarnishing and grout pealing back. There is no blinds and the sheer curtain did not block the lights left on from the business across the road. As I’m a light sleeper it was a struggle. Second day noticed someone from another location was able to control our tv connection and when it started turning on at 2am we needed to unplug it. Then for some reason mosquitoes seemed to be in the apartment. We didn’t keep the windows open ever to help keep room cool with aircon. Would not recommend staying here as an actual hotel would be a better option. Tried to contact customer service or help webpage would not submit and no answer on the phone

Location location location is the best!! Very pretty walkable street with lots of high end shopping around. The duomo and center of Milan is a 10 min walk which is very enjoyable. Tha apartment itself is very modern, clean and pretty. Even if it was small it had everything you needed

Awesome location and property. No parking except a few blocks away so if you have a car this may not be for you. Parking was an additional $40 euros and was open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Besides parking the property was Lovely, clean and quiet at night . Great location.

Quarto limpo, rua cheia de lojas elegantes, silenciosa, poucos restaurantes na região mas distância curta para pontos turísticos. A equipe de funcionários era de difícil comunicação pelo canal de mensagens instantâneas ( quando se está em viagem internacional nem sempre é possível fazer ligação). Não recebi e-mail informando que era preciso um check in prévio o que fez com que ficássemos sentados na frente do prédio por 40 minutos. A maior dificuldade era a comunicação, mas voltaria a hospedar pela praticidade.

Værelset var lidt småt. Rengøringen var rigtig god, og der var god service i forbindelse med indtjekning. Kom med et lille barn, og her må man sige værelset ikke egner sig. Klapvogn kan ikke komme igennem den MEGET lille dør til gaden, og der var ikke mulighed for at kunne bruge porten.

When arrived, we were informed that the apartment that we booked had a problem with the AC and the staff immediately gave us a solution to move us to a different apartment in the nearby area which turned out to be an upgrade to a two bedroom in also a very nice and convenient area! The apartment was easily accessible, clean and beautiful with minimalistic design! Staff was very helpful with excellent communication! Thank you Suite Brera! We would definitely come back and stay with you again!

The suite itself was lovely and clean, with a large rotating flat screen tv (with Netflix!). The Bathroom also had ortigia products which were much appreciated. However, when we arrived, the third bed had not been made and there was a problem with hot water in the shower. Overall I would go again. Location perfect.
