Além q que o primeiro atendimento foi péssimo, infelizmente já tínhamos um problema e fomos mal atendidos. Após isso o atendimento de outros funcionários foi muito melhor e entenderam nossa situação e nos deram um reembolso de 30 euros, infelizmente o hotel no foi transparente na descrição.
