In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find restaurants, supermarkets, bars where you can enjoy an aperitif, and Vittorio Formentano Park, a green oasis where you can engage in sports activities.

The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a bathroom with a window and a shower, and a living area with a kitchen and dining area. It can accommodate up to 4 people, two of whom can sleep on the sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook: a gas stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment also has a washing machine.

The apartment is also ideal for medium- to long-term stays and is particularly convenient for travellers, as it is located a short distance from the new Metro Line 4, which runs directly to Linate Airport.

Upon your arrival, we will hand you the keys, show you around the apartment and its amenities, and provide you with all the instructions and information you need.

At check-in, you will be asked to present your ID card for registration purposes.

You will be asked to pay a tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night (only for adults and subject to exemptions provided by the City of Milan).

For stays longer than 30 days, a contract will be signed, and you must have an Italian tax ID number.

We can arrange late check-in outside the scheduled check-in time upon prior arrangement at least one day in advance, at a cost of 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m.

During your stay, we will always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information regarding your stay in Milan.

Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, you must make arrangements regarding your check-in time.

IMPORTANT

Maintenance work is currently underway on the facades, rooftop terraces, and balconies.

The work is scheduled to be completed by October 31, 2026.

Work will be suspended for two weeks during the summer break, from August 10 through August 21, 2026, inclusive.



CONSTRUCTION HOURS

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. — 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. — 6:00 p.m.;

• Saturday: only quiet work, subject to authorisation;

• Sundays and holidays: construction site closed.



Temporary inconveniences may occur during the course of the work
