- BEDROOM with double bed and closet.

PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is on two levels—there are internal stairs. Please be careful if you are travelling with children.

The bedroom does NOT have a door.

Hot water is provided by a water heater; you may need to wait for it to refill.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
