Hotel is brand new - super modern and minimalist and rare for Italy, especially at that price point. Very clean and great location with subway in front of hotel and lots of shopping and restaurants just steps away. Downsides were cheap sheets (very scratchy) and lack of small things (umbrellas, slippers) that they state are available, but weren't once requested. Overall though, great stay and amazing value.

Great hotel! We enjoyed our stay. New hotel with modern set up. Didn't have breakfast. Great to have the Metro literally just outside the front entrance. Little thing we did miss was a complimentary water in room which is always appreciated when arriving late to get you over the first night. Reception and maintenance staff friendly and efficient. Felt safe and got an excellent night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel and use again.

Nice facility but very minimalist. Hallways feel like jail corridors with all hard surfaces. Rooms are small (my room anyway) with non-removable hangers at a height that was a bit too tall for me to hang clothes/coats easily. Also, there are no drawers so plan on living out of your suitcase. Pros: Clean, good location, next to M1 station, good price, staff was friendly I would stay here again if priced right and was a short 1-2 night visit to Milan.

The hotel is close to the metro station and room is fairly clean. However, since it’s newly renovated, there were several issues: 1) no hot water in the shower until staff came to turn on the switch; 2) a power outage that required staff to reset the main switch; 3) a faulty ekey room card, the door couldn’t be locked from outside, and staff couldn’t fix it, had to use a manual key instead. Finally, they didn’t offer a room change until we asked.

This is simply not a 4 star hotel and I’m not sure where that rating comes from. No amenities besides $25 breakfast, and it is located on a very busy street with a subway stop directly in front. This is convenient but there are also no security measures whatsoever. anyone can walk in the front door and take the elevator/stairs to any floor, no key card required. They also lock your thermostat and you have to ask the front desk for access. I will say that the front desk personnel were very polite and helpful. In sum, while this is certainly a serviceable hotel, it’s not a 4 star hotel.

I gotta say that there was nothing to complain about at 7BA! The staff were polite and professional, the location was perfect for my purposes, the dark minimalist design appealed to me the bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was delicious!

New and modern hotel, very centrally located with Metro entrance right in front of the hotel. The staff, however, left a lot to be desired. At check in, the staff initially gave me an accessible room with no view even though I booked a standard room with City view. Staff then claimed the room was the same. I expressed my dissatisfaction and only then was I given the right room. Took points off an otherwise good stay.

Zimmer etwas zu dunkel und recht hellhörig. Das Verstauen/Aufhängen an der offenen Kleiderstange (es gibt keinen Schrank) ist sehr umständlich, weil man die Bügel nicht abnehmen kann, vor allem für kleine Personen schwierig 😉. Bett sehr bequem. Frühstück abwechslungsreich und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Lage perfekt, da U-Bahn direkt vor dem Eingang.
