"The staff was friendly and helpful. It was convenient to have the washer in the room. The free necessities in the lobby came in handy. . The warm tiolet seat and bidet was unique. The only negative is the room is smaller than we're accustomed to."

HOTEL METROPOLITAN OIMACHI TRACKS TOKYO

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel has a very convenient location for traveling around Tokyo. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Oimachi. We stayed in a Standard Twin Room. The room was a little small, but it was comfortable enough for us. We could open two large suitcases at the same time, although there was not much walking space left. The room was very clean, and the staff were always kind and helpful. We also tried the rooftop restaurant, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was especially romantic and made our evening very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Japan!"

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main

10/10 Excellent

"Better service before getting access to our rooms ..we had to wait 5 hours to get into our rooms. Cruise ships get in early to port; consequently, passengers arrive early at the hotel. Provisions should be made at least for handicapped people to get into their rooms."

Grand Prince Hotel Shin Takanawa

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful garden at hotel locations. Close to transit center. Club lounge is really nice."
