Tienes un montón de supermercados cerca como Mercadona o Lidl, además de gasolinera a menos de 50 metros. "On arrival at the property we were a bit unsure of the area but after meeting Juan Jose the host we were sure we had made a good choice. the apartment was excellent with everything we needed was in house. There was a supermarket 3 minutes walk away and various bars and restaurants within short walking distance . we were able to catch a bus directly to Santander within a 3 minute walk. The buses are cheap and regular Single fare 1.55E, small bottle of water 1.70E!!.Santander's coastal area is...

"Fab little apartment for a perfect stay in Santander. 10 mins from the centre but far enohht away to be lovely and quiet. Shops nearby including some lovely panederias with fab pastries and fresh bread. Getting in was confusing but once understood was easy. Host very helpful and allowed us to stay for the last day after checkout time as the weather was awful. Highly recommended. Would stay here again."

"Very nice apartment - clean and well equipped! It was quiet during our stay since it was December, but very good location and walk to the beach. Jaime was a great host - made sure we were settled and that everything was working properly. We would definitely stay again!"

"This is a spacious and clean apartment and the owner; Mar; is very helpful and communicates well. There is a wonderful small store at the bottom of the complex. This is the Puerto Chico area of Santander with lots to see, do and eat. Sardinero is close by and there are many buses to take you there and back. We recommend Mar's flat."

"Irene responded quickly to my emails, gave us good directions, and met us on time for check in. The place is an amazing spot next to pastures. I didn't realize that there were 3 adjacent units and it was a little be noisy at times but overall we were very happy because the place was clean and modern. There were many flies when the cows are nearby. I recommend keeping the de-humidifier on at all times. Everything in the uint was well kept and in working order. We would definitively recommend it...

"We loved the loft— it’s decor, comfort and location. Just an amazing base from which we were able to explore beautiful Santander. It’s only a few blocks up from the waterfront and about a ten minute walk from the Centro Botín museum and the bay cruise launch spot. Unfortunately we were here during lock down, so couldn't experience restaurants etc. We were also very limited, as all beach kiosks restaurants etc closed. Apartment bijou, but everything there except a freezer and only Spanish TV, so take your iPads!!! Good Wifi!!"

"Where do I start? First, the positives which were very few. Very warm welcome by a lovely lady, nicely decorated rooms, lovely big bed, good shower. On the negative side, very difficult to find and had to park in an unsecured public car park half a mile away with narrow cobbled streets to negotiate. Breakfast served in room and left the night before was virtually inedible - stale bread and cakes, tea but no kettle, fruit way past its sell by date including black bananas. No air con and very hot...

"Perfecta para alojarte en Isla playa sin estar en medio del jaleo. Rodeada de huertos y árboles, y a un paso de la playa. La vecina es una señora mayor muy agradable y simpática. Como negativo que la casa estaba fresca y húmeda (típico de Cantabria) al principio, se echó en falta algún radiador o calefactor para caldearla si bien para dormir con las mantas se estaba muy bien. Al tercer día ya se estuvo genial."

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...
