"Room was hot and air conditioning was not available. Only fan and heater. Maybe because it’s still spring and not summer? Entrance to hotel off of main road is really difficult to see and dangerous. No dinner service. Other Route Inn have great dinner, why not this one? Front desk staff is great. Area around hotel is grim but hotel is nice. "

"Super quiet Literally right outside of Gifu station. Friendly staff that was helpful with a total language barrier. Plenty to do and see right in the neighborhoods around the hotel. "Very close to the Meitetsu station as we needed to head to the airport the next day. There is a Family Mart that is attached to the hotel which is convenient. The check in process is a bit odd where we were greeted by staff at the front reception to fill out information and then use the machine to get our card keys and room number.
