Summary:

The beach is so close you will smell the sea air and hear the waves rolling in from this two-storey home which is just a 160 metre walk to the popular surf beach at Surfers Parade, Middleton.



The Space:

Upstairs is a bright open plan living, dining and kitchen space with access to the timber deck.

In the kitchen you will find a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 5 hob gas cooktop, 90cm fan forced oven and coffee machine.

The main dining suite will seat six people and there is another round setting for four. This is alongside the window seat (stacked full of board games!) with a view to the deck. The modular lounge provides comfortable seating to watch the large screen TV or slide open the glass door and enjoy the sea breeze and surrounding views. This area is also airconditioned for your comfort.



Bedroom one is very spacious and has a comfortable king bed with a garden view. There is also a built-in robe and a large ensuite that includes a shower, vanity and toilet.



The deck off the dining room includes a bbq and outdoor furniture to sit on a warm summer’s evening.



On this level is also a powder room and toilet.



Downstairs incorporates a family TV area with air conditioning, three bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry.



Bedrooms two and three include a queen bed, built in robe and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom four includes a double bed, a single bed, a tallboy and a ceiling fan.



The bathroom consists of a powder room, separate toilet and separate full size bath and shower.

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer with access to outside.



The back yard is fenced and has a lovely lawn for the kids to play while you relax by the fire pit. (Check for fire bans).

There is ample driveway parking for at least two vehicles.
