"Terrible experience, the staff was rude from the moment I walked in and I try to let it go but then I got to the room and it was dirty. Dust and dirt on the night stands, sheets had stains and overall room not clean. Requested a refund and they got loud and refused. It’s approaching 3 weeks and still haven’t received the hold for the refundable deposit!"

"Cardinal sin - they gave our room to another couple an hour after we checked in. We were “lying” in bed and strangers suddenly burst into our small room. I yelled, they got indignant, the front desk apologized and offered a bottle of cheap wine, etc. but it was a reaaallly bad experience. Then on top of it they didn’t have the foresight to realize our key cards were deactivated in the process and we got locked out of our room coming back from dinner."

"Wow wow wow! Amazing hotel. We have stayed here when it was the Confidante and this is a great update on it:) Beautiful comfy outdoor seating, lovely rooms and byredo in the showers. What else do you need? The beach was great as was the pool. We ate at the wonderful Aguascalientes. Everything is thought out. Beautiful!"

"Very hard to navigate and kind of a weird location. Staff could’ve been nicer and more helpful. The room is huge though which is nice"

"Bathroom shower had a leak that spread to the entrance. Ice machine was not working. Self checkout machine in the lobby was not working. Food and cocktails at the pool bar were particularly not good. The room itself, location, and access to the beach were very nice though!"
