"Heads up for anyone wanting to rent this place: We had our stay cancelled at the last second. This guest house is part of a larger property that is its own separate listing, but if someone rents the main property they can use the guest house too and you'd never know because VRBO will say it's still available. The host seemed apologetic though, and we did get a refund, but we had to go through VRBO to get it because he was not answering any phone calls or emails. The place looks nice, and I'm sure it would have been a good time, but if you're going to book this, double check that no one else is at the main property first."

"Interior of the home was excellent, had everything we needed. Kitchen was well supplied, only problemI had was getting local tv channels on so we could watch a couple of football games. Exterior of home is in need of a power washing big time, hoses left out laying on sidewalk and yard, not a deal breaker but a trip hazard for our dog. Thank you for being pet friendly!!!Would book this home again in a second."

"It was a great home base for a fun filled weekend at the Indiana Dunes. We enjoyed the upper deck for dinners and relaxing. The best part was the golf cart that we took to the private beach, perfect for watching the sun set."

"What a gem of a place . Definitely peaceful relaxing environment. Exactly what we needed to reset. Loved the neighborhood. Daily walks to beach and seeing hearing nature . My only suggestion would be bring your own pillows (we did this)maybe an air purifer and new sheets .Noted stains on sheets and pillows, shower curtain liner stained . These are so minor, it doesnt take away from the beauty of the place . "
