Our stay at Fifth Hotel was a cozy refuge of warmth and elegant selection of materiality. Outside of the prompt and professional support from the property manager, the place is ideally located in the heart and rhythm of Miami Beach, close to innumerable amenities inclusive of parks, shops, and the widest variety of restaurants and bars. Given the service and time spent at the location, I will be certainly returning to this hotel in the future

Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Pier was friendly, professional, and readily available whenever we had a question or needed anything. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the beach, a convenience store, Starbucks, and Ocean Drive, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We really appreciate the great hospitality and will definitely make this our go-to spot when we return!

I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent—right in South Beach and super convenient for getting around. The staff was truly outstanding and made a great impression. They were so attentive, always sending messages to check if I needed anything, and their responses were consistently fast and friendly. On top of that, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at The Fifth Hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the beach and all the stores, restaurants, and attractions along the strip. Everything was convenient and made our stay even better. I definitely enjoyed my stay and will be coming back! Highly recommend The Fifth Hotel!

I stayed here for 5 nights. It was amazing! Room is very clean and well-kept. The staff are very friendly and responsive to requests. Very convenient location from the beach, yet very affordable. They also provide beach items (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.)

The Fifth Hotel is a basic, very clean hotel in a great location on Collins Avenue. We stayed the night before our cruise, and the electronic check-in was super easy. Our room had double bunk beds, so the kids each had their own space. There was no TV or refrigerator, but there was a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and multiple USB charging ports. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone was very helpful. At checkout, the manager even went to another property to get us a stapler for our cruise luggage tags. We really appreciated that extra effort! If we take another cruise from Miami, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good, the walls & door seem to be pretty thin because a ton of noise gets through. Pretty much all hours of the night you can hear everyone leaving & entering their units. Great price for South Beach so I can't complain, I would stay here again!

Overall, the fifth has a good use. We used a bunk bed room which is great for families. The main issue was our room had a terrible mold smell. Had family there at the same time and theirs did not. Ours did. (Room 212). Nobody on site if there's a problem. You need to text a number. Not super responsive. It ebbs and flows when they respond. Has a great use with four beds in a room, but they need to get their act together a little more.
