### Oceanfront Luxury 2/2 With Views, Free Valet, Pool, Dogs Ok

2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom fully renovated oceanfront apartment.   
Fantastic location a short walk to Surfside and Bal Harbour.   
Located at 92nd on Collins Avenue in Surfside, just a short walk to Surfside’s Shul, shops & restaurants and only 4 blocks to the Bal Harbor Shops  
Amazing ocean and city views from two private balconies.  
NOTE - the building next door is under construction, Expect construction noise most weekdays from approximately 8am-4pm. If you notice my place is priced cheaper than comparable oceanfront units, it is because of this inconvenience.  
  
This Elevator building has swimming pool equipped with furniture, large lawn area and a small exercise room with treadmills, bikes and weights.  
High speed Wifi and cable with repeater to ensure access throughout the unit  
Second bedroom with double bed and desk for an in-home office.  
Granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances  
Large master suite with queen bed, TV, walk-in closet and European marble shower.
