As you make your way to the first floor, you'll discover a master bedroom with a king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. The attached bathroom is functional and equipped with the essentials for daily use. A second bedroom features a full-size bed and a pull-out twin bed underneath, accommodating a variety of sleeping arrangements. The adjacent bathroom ensures convenience and privacy for guests.

As part of ongoing improvements to enhance your experience, please be advised that the pool area of the building is currently undergoing a remodel. Unfortunately, it will not be available for use until the completion of the renovation.

Once the remodel is finished and the pool is ready for use, we will promptly notify all guests. As an added convenience for our guests, we are pleased to provide two beach chairs and two beach umbrellas for use during your stay. Please be mindful that these items should not be left outside unattended, as the beach is a public space, and there's a risk of them being taken by passersby.

In the event that the beach chairs or umbrellas are lost for any reason, a replacement fee of $100 will be charged to cover the cost of acquiring new ones for the benefit of future guests.
