Shockingly, just 45 minutes before our scheduled check-in time, I received a text from the property manager informing me that our reservation was canceled due to a plumbing leak. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodations for my family of five. To make matters worse, the property manager did not answer my multiple calls after delivering this news. The complete lack of communication or courtesy to assist us in resolving the situation is unacceptable. This last-minute cancellation not only disrupted our trip but caused undue stress and financial strain. We were forced to spend hours on the phone with VRBO support, delaying our plans and leaving us with inferior accommodations for part of our stay. If you’re considering this property, be aware that they seem completely unreliable and unwilling to provide even basic customer service when issues arise. For the price and reputation of a property like this, such unprofessional behavior is inexcusable. I would not recommend booking this property unless you’re prepared for the possibility of having your vacation ruined at the last minute. ##### Adrien U.
