After making payment he says “the bad news is you’re on 3rd floor and the elevator is broken” he helped us get our bags up the steps. Carpets disgusting. Got to the room, wanted to use the bathroom, flush doesn’t work, wanted to shower, no water. Rusty shower ! Dirty floors, walls, but good Customer service .
