    I loved this hotel, very clean and most importantly the staff was super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was also very organized and made our rooms tidy every day. I truly recommend this stay in the centre of the city.

    Realy nice modern hotel a couple of blocks south of Belas Artes. Busy area, but hotel was very quiet at night. Slept very well. Big selection at breakfast. Near the centre, great transport links and shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly reception staff.

    We reserved the hotel through Expedia for 6 nights. When we arrived at the hotel they charged us different rates per day! The bathroom was really small, no air conditioning!! I will not recommend this hotel!! Expedia should validate the rates at the time when booking the hotel, not let the hotel charge the (dynamic tariffs)
