Built in the 1920s in the Mexican-Californian architectural style and fully restored, this property combines beautiful character, generous spaces and the warm feeling of a real home. Many of our guests tell us they fall in love with it as soon as they arrive.

The house is uniquely arranged as five private apartments within the same property, each with its own bedroom, ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. It is an ideal setup for families and groups who want to stay together while still enjoying their own privacy.

One of the home's most memorable features is the beautiful stained-glass window upstairs, along with its original staircase, proportions and carefully restored architectural details.

The location is just as special. You are tucked into a quiet part of Condesa, surrounded by cafés, art galleries, restaurants and tree-lined streets, many of them less than a five-minute walk away. It has the energy and character of the neighborhood without feeling overly touristy.
