The location is great but most of the time there is only one person working in the whole building, including security, check in and everything else. Several times I had to wait over 5 minutos just for someone to open the entrance. The room was dirty, I had no hangers at all in the closet. The carpet and sofa were dirty, hairs everywhere. My room was not made during my stay.

Rooms are new, location is good, front desk manager needs to learn a lot to be effective property manager . Ground floor rooms have thin walls .every time some one walks by or sits at lobby it's too loud. Manager said she knew about this but didn't help. 3 floor rooms too small to ven walk around no place for suitcase . 4 floor room are more expensive but I really liked this room. First room curtain rod fell off, AC cover fell off, safe didn't work. Second room not clean enough. 3 room safe didn't work , patio door from bed room doesn't not lock. Biggest problem is manager too inexperienced to run this place. I stayed 4 days she asked me to leave all my luggage in storage when changing rooms eventhough it's their problem people can't sleep in the lobby rooms . After a long tal and asking for cancelation of last 2 days. She agreed to help. Would not stay here again

La habitación no olia limpia y en las mañanas olia fuerte a drenaje. Desconocía que tenias que colocar en la puerta el anuncio para que te realizaran la limpieza y el primer día no la realizaron, a la llegada hay 2 botellitas de agua que no resurten y el hotel no cuenta con restaurante para comprar más agua.

El proceso de check in es ineficiente y muy tardado. Reservé este lugar por precio-calidad, ubicación y por que incluía el desayuno y yo tenia que dejar el lugar temprano al dia siguiente y no quería estar buscando sitio para desayunar, pues resultó que lo sirven hasta las 8am que me pareció tardísimo si vas a estar una noche en cdmx por trabajo. La habitación cómoda pero no me volvería a quedar.

Me encantó! El proceso de check in, solo hay que revisar los correos, porque ahí llega un link donde te dan tu código para entrar al cuarto, tienes que subir tu ID y con eso ya tienes acceso, en mi caso hasta que llegue (ya de noche) me recibió el guardia y me fue guiando para obtener mi código de acceso. Por dentro, al menos a mi que me tocó en un piso abajo no hay señal, pero hay WiFi, solo para considerarlo y rápido buscar el WiFi. Hay un gym, y una lavandería en el piso de abajo. En el piso 5 hay un roof donde por las mañanas hay desayuno incluido. Muy rico!! Hay en la barra fruta, pan, wafles, yogurt, jugos y también puedes pedir café, capuchino, latte. También puedes pedir y te preparan omelet, o chilaquiles con huevo. Súper recomiendo, muy rico!! En cuanto al cuarto se siente amplio, la cama es cómoda, el baño espacioso, hay una tele que puedes conectar a tu cuenta de cualquier plataforma. Muy agradable estancia.

La habitación no la aseaban correctamente, había pelos en la regadera y nunca los removieron. En general el servicio de aseo dejaba mucho que desear. La cafetera la reporté desde el primer día que no funcionaba y nunca lo resolvieron. Fuera de eso, la ubicación y las instalaciones si estaban muy bien.
