    Very clean-easy entry.Alejandra was a very kind concierge with good English,other attendants were ok.Roof top balcony very nice but not a great view.Location is good for embassy,Chapultepec area-museums and bus to Centro Histórico.Bed and in room amenities are luxurious.Good security for solo travellers-taxis close by and transit and restaurants a short bus or twenty minute walk.Lots of food stands within the block.Highly recommend. Nice kitchenette and necessary utensils.

    We stayed in a junior studio suite. It was a great space. It was a minimalist design, but had everything we needed. The traffic noise was loud at times, but we drowned it out with a sound app. The front staff were present 24hours/day, but knew little English- which, again, was fine for us. I enjoyed the location and the ease of access to different parts of town.

    Great hotel, the only thing is I wish the AC had heating options since the days we were there it was very cold. We had to ask for 2 extra blankets. Also one day they missed the cleaning but I messaged the WhatsApp and the next day they did it.

    We were not satisfied with our stay. Daily room cleaning was stipulated, but the room was not cleaned every day. The in-room safe box did not work, and basic amenities such as coffee capsules, bottled water, and toilet paper were very limited. There is no proper front desk service—only one security person available 24/7 to grant access, with no ability to assist guests.

    The good: The place is in a great location. The rooms look nice and they are super clean. The rooftop Is nice. The person that I reached out on what's app was pleasant to talk to. The bed was very comfortable! The not so good. Parking is free as it's mentioned in the listing but the parking lot is not on the property. It's in a paid parking lot at the end of the street and the parking lot is chaos. The security lady working at the door is rude and gets annoyed when you ask normal questions such as instructions to parking and giving basic information such as room number. (Told me I should know it in advance when I just got to the property) She has no customer service skills at all. The guy security is a bit nicer although I didn't have much interactions with him but he sounded polite in general. The only issue is that he was watching videos on his phone with the volume up making the entrance/lobby a very distracting place. Again they need to train their staff for basic customer service. There is zero soundproof. I could hear the music and the conversations of the people 3 rooms away from me. The hot water is good but the water pressure is low.

    The room was fine really, but there were some issues. They will not give you a code to get into the building. Rather, you have to wait for security to let you in and out. Sometimes you’re left standing outside for quite some time. It’s very inconvenient. Electricity went out one night for a few hours and then, even when it came back, there was no running water for quite some time. I got locked out of my room once and security told me to figure it out by messaging the property. Stay somewhere else.
