The apartment is located in the Colonia Tabacalera in the Cuauhtémoc borough, in the city center, making it a very central and accessible location.
The neighborhood features a mixture of architectural styles that reflect its evolution over the years. You can find early 20th-century buildings with Art Nouveau and Art Deco influences, as well as more modern constructions.
Colonia Tabacalera is renowned for its vibrant scene of restaurants, bars, and cafés. There is a wide variety of options to enjoy food and nightlife. It is also a popular location for cultural and artistic events.

We kindly ask that you only turn it on while actively using it, and turn it off whenever you leave the apartment or a bedroom, as this type of AC uses a lot of electricity. Colonia Tabacalera is one of the best-connected neighborhoods in Mexico City. Metro Revolución (Line 2, blue) is right at the doorstep, and Buenavista station — a major transit hub connecting Metro, Metrobús, suburban rail, and long-distance buses — is just a short walk away. Metrobús Línea 7 runs along Paseo de la Reforma, making it easy to reach Chapultepec, Polanco, or the historic Centro without a car. The area is also very walkable and bikeable, with Ecobici stations nearby, plus easy access to taxis and rideshare along Reforma and Insurgentes for anywhere else in the city.
