Beautiful location. Dining staff were lovely. The young girls checking us in didn’t seem to know much but still nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Very convenient location for use tripping through.

My reservation was for the one remaining room and I had a message from the manager/owner that there was a problem but we were on the road and by the time I saw the message we did not have service. There are not a lot of options in Mexican Hat so this was our only choice. I think it's pricy for what it offers but you pay for the location close to Monument Valley. The food at the diner was good. The room was clean although it showed its age. Best thing was the view onto the river in the evening.
