Stock. Beim Check in war eine Dame das einzige Personal im gesamten Haus. Ich habe unser gesamtes Gepäck einzeln in den 3.Stock getragen und am nächsten Tag wieder runter. Eine Zumutung! Keine Entschuldigung. Eine Einladung zum Frühstück wäre das mindeste gewesen. Hotel Kitz, nein Danke! Man kann sehr gut parken, da in direkter Nähe (eigentlich genau daneben) ein Parkhaus ist. Man kann das Hotel durch das Parkhaus erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr neu, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt! Für einen Shopping-Ausflug in die Outletcity Metzingen absolut empfehlenswert. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Man kann seine Einkäufe während des Tages immer wieder ins Zimmer/Auto bringen. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber super sauber. Für ein bis zwei Nächte absolut ok. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: im Bad hat meine keine Möglichkeit, sein Beautycase abzustellen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend! Das Frühstück bietet alles, was man gerne mag. Es hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Der Frühstücksraum/Restaurant ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll ausgestattet.
