"Maybe it was just a rough weekend for staff, I used to work for Hyatt regency as a senior captain for banquets so I’m very familiar with how Hyatt is ran. There were only a few staff members that were helpful, professional and respectful and that happen to be the gentleman that checked me in, valet staff were sweet, 2 ladies that checked me out and the sweet woman that took my order at Starbucks. Additionally there were 3 individuals that were absolutely rude when my guest stepped outside and did not have her key card, the gentleman that refused to help her was very rude to her when she tried buzzing the button to get help. The security guard additionally was very rude when monitoring floors. Left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I’ve always held Hyatt to the highest standards but those specific interactions was a little sour. Hotel was very clean though!"

"We were so impressed with Dave and his home. He keeps it clean, and there were so many amenities. Everything you could ever need is stocked in the home. The beds are super comfortable, Dave is very responsive, and we felt safe and very well taken care of. If I had any recommendations for staying here it would be to bring some earplugs IF you are sensitive to noises at night. By no means did this affect our experience, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. 5 Stars! "

"We loved our stay in the manor! The house is beautifully renovated while paying homage to the history of the home. The house is so spacious - plenty of room for 3 families. The house has everything you could need for a comfortable stay and the host was an amazing communicator. The house is also a great location. I would highly recommend this property."

"not enough towels only 1 roll of toilet paper. other towels locked away in closet. had to clean and wash our own dishes. didn't feel safe. and thought the apartment could use a good deep cleaning. washer and dryer was nice. the floor felt sticky on your feet and dirty. nice apartment but not very cozy.
