"The shower was filthy. There was hair everywhere. The drink machine in the lobby was broken so kids couldn’t get anything to drink during happy hour. Front desk staff member was rude to us when we told them our room key wasn’t working. She acted bothered by having to help us and demanded an ID. We couldn’t show ID because we just came back from the pool. She was rude and not someone who should be working at the front desk. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Benton Park Inn. The room was comfortable and the innkeeper Dan (and his sweet dog Rosie) were lovely company. And the breakfast was stellar!! Highly recommend!!!"

"The breakfast food was not very good. The breakfast area was kind of dirty. There were probably a couple of hundred people going through there touching the tongs, but there was not a single hand sanitizer to be found. And this was at the height of flu season. Pretty gross. "
