"Clean property and very easy check in process "

"Maybe it was just a rough weekend for staff, I used to work for Hyatt regency as a senior captain for banquets so I’m very familiar with how Hyatt is ran. There were only a few staff members that were helpful, professional and respectful and that happen to be the gentleman that checked me in, valet staff were sweet, 2 ladies that checked me out and the sweet woman that took my order at Starbucks. Additionally there were 3 individuals that were absolutely rude when my guest stepped outside and did not have her key card, the gentleman that refused to help her was very rude to her when she tried buzzing the button to get help. The security guard additionally was very rude when monitoring floors. Left a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I’ve always held Hyatt to the highest standards but those specific interactions was a little sour. Hotel was very clean though!"

"Wonderful stay! We were able to walk to restaurants and to venues in the area. Parking was a breeze and very safe. The accommodations were lovely, very clean and comfortable. Added touches like specialty soaps and bath oils were truly appreciated. Our hosts, Dan and Rosie, were warm, hospitable and accommodating! Will absolutely return!"

"The property was absolutely amazing. The backyard was nicely fenced in, and I felt very comfortable letting the kids roam free. They had two 3 lovely outdoor seating areas, a grill, and activities for the kids.The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking utensils and supplies you'd need. So much counter space! We were able to cook most of our meals there without hassle. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and plenty of linens and towels for each person. The temperature was easy to adjust and we were all happy tucked in at night - not to cold, not to warm. They also had black out shades so no one was woken up unintentially by lights or the sun."

"Enjoyed the location and home quite immensely! I was disappointed that the parking given with the check in instructions were to either park in a dispensary's parking lot or the street. I did ask about the garage from the pictures and was told it was ok to use - however there is no external way to open it and kept falling off the rails (or got stuck on the rails) when opened internally. No problems were had with the parking, it just seemed awkward to be in a business lot. The home itself was nice and clean.The ac/heating units were confusing to operate and thankfully our stay was during mild weather. Maybe some instructions could be added to help future guests, because I definitely saw a similar comment in the reviews prior to cooking. I also noticed a lack of extra blankets because of this like the kind that go on couches or chairs.The bathroom in the king bedroom is quite narrow, so for any larger bodied individuals - this could cause troubles. The bathroom in the hallway has shower handles mislabled and was quite a shock to learn accidentally! The bathroom off the kitchen has a higher mirror, making getting ready a challenge for those under 5'4. The gaming room in the basement is very bright and welcoming. The air hockey table unfortunately had no paddles and the shuffleboard table was missing a few things too, making neither usable.Overall, I would stay again, but I wanted to share a few oddities that may help the next potential visitor(s)!"
