"If you’re going to visit Iguazú Falls, this is the place to stay! The hotel is beautiful and immaculately maintained. The attention to detail and the service is among the best we’ve experienced in other 5-star resorts around the world. We stayed in the Presidential Suite (Princess Diana stayed in this suite) and it had an incredible view of the Iguazú Falls. The swimming pool was one of our favorite places. . The rooms are horrendous. We were basically in a dungeon. One shutter didn't open, so it was really dark. The window only opened a tad, but since the screen was torn, we would have had to keep it closed anyway. Lots of mosquitoes inside. The toilet didn't flush and the shower didn't drain. Food was ok. Beds we're comfortable."

"This hotel was the perfect place to relax after visiting the falls. The pool is amazing and there is a large breakfast buffet included. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, especially Lucas. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable and you can leave your bags and use the facilities after checking out. This is a great hotel for families."
