How to stay cool, when it's hot?
The Hotel has a very good location for all the sights in Merseburg. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and non smoking is strongly encouraged. We only used the breakfast buffet, the variety was pleasant.The condition of the hotel is rather ok. During the week we stayed there, one of the 2 elevators was permanently out of order. We used the stairs anyway, but for a 4 star hotel and supposeatly one of the best in town is a situation like this not acceptable. Luckily the temperature during our stay was not so hot (73 F / ca. 22 C outside), still, we had trouble to find a relaxing night sleep since the warmth is stored in the walls in this energy efficient hotel, heating up our room over the day nearly up to 80F/ ca. 27 C. Unfortunately, there was no possibility, like an A/C, to cool down the room in a short time. Opening the windows did not help much. Overall, we would come back because of the location.

All perfect!!! Great hotel to stop especially when you traveling by car from england to poland.Less than 10 km from motorway.Access to swiming pool and sauna included in price hotel as well as breakfast :) We stayed in junior suite which means our son stayed in living room and me and my husband in bedroom....between both rooms are slide doors which is great idea!!!you can keep them open or close for some privacy... Definitly stay again :) AAA+++

Hotellet var fint. Det havde en pool. Efter en lang dag bag rattet, var det rart at kunne hoppe i poolen og blive afkølet

Et rigtig fint hotel. Godt stort værelse til en ekstra opredninger. Lækker morgenbuffet. Der er desværre ikke aircondition på værelse og ikke muligt at åbne vinduet om natten, da der kører godstog lige forbi hotellet hele natten.

Zimmer zur Bahnlinie nicht empfehlenswert
Die Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang und Restaurant/Frühstück sind sehr freundlich. Leider lag das Zimmer zur Bahnlinie hin. Das Zimmer war sehr warm, denn die Lüftungsanlage des Zimmers war offensichtlich defekt. Die Temperatur in der Nacht war dadurch sehr hoch und das Fesnter musste zur Abkühlung geöffnet werden. Der Schlaf war daher immer durch vorbeifahrende Züge unterbrochen. Meinem Kollegen im Nachbarzimmer ging es genauso. Preis-/Leistung stimmt nicht. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem, das Frühstück reichhaltig. Vielleicht sind die Zimmer zur anderen Seite ruhiger.

Auf Urlaubstour stoppten Wir in Merseburg und machten Halt im Best Western.Schneller Check-Inn,Zimmer sauber und sehr Ansprechend ausgestattet und Unser Wunsch nach einer Badewanne wurde prompt erfüllt!Abendessen können Wir nur empfehlen und das Personal ist auch professionell und zuvorkommend.Wir kommen auf Jeden Fall noch einmal wieder!

Preis Leistung nicht angemessen. Sauna und Restaurant war einfach geschlossen. Kaffee und Tassen beim Frühstück erst auf Nachfragen erhalten.sehr hellhöriges Haus. Mir persönlich hat es nicht gefallen.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel am 20.Januar unter normalen Bedingungen gebucht, d.h. Wellne, Schwimmbad usw.Leider machte uns CORONA ein Strich durch die Rechnung. Wir verbrachten in dem 4 Sterne Hotel 6 Nächte ohne diesen Luxus, das Zimmer wurde garnicht gereinigt in dieser Zeit und das Frühstücksbüfett für diesen Preis insgesamt sehr schlecht. Nicht wieder!!
