The home's open layout is designed for easy relaxation, with all-new furnishings throughout creating a fresh, comfortable atmosphere from the moment you walk in. A dedicated workspace means remote workers won't miss a beat, and a ceiling fan keeps the Florida air moving. The living area flows naturally through the single-level floor plan - no stairs, no shared walls, no compromises.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom is set up with a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen, and the third is fitted with a twin - comfortably accommodating families, couples traveling together, or small groups. Every bedroom is stocked with bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and clothing storage so you can settle in properly.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals or quick breakfasts before a day out. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher handle the essentials, while extras like a blender, toaster, baking sheet, coffee maker, wine glasses, and a full set of cooking basics round it out. Pull up a chair at the dining table and enjoy meals at your own pace.

 

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms, each stocked with shampoo, body soap, hot water, and a hair dryer. One bathroom includes a bathtub - great for unwinding after a long day on the water or at the park.

Step out back into your private backyard for a breath of fresh air. Fire up the BBQ grill for an evening cookout, or simply sit back and take in the warm Florida evenings. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

Nature preserves and outdoor recreation round out the area for guests who want to explore beyond the main attractions.

 

Practical details

Self check-in is available via smart lock for a seamless arrival. The washer and dryer are in-unit for longer stays, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all on site. Wifi and a dedicated workspace are included throughout.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

Nearby you’ll find great local restaurants, shopping, parks, and outdoor activities including kayaking, boating, and nature trails.



Getting Around:

Having a car is the easiest way to explore the area. Most major attractions including Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral, and the Kennedy Space Center are within about 10 to 20 minutes. Ride share services like Uber and Lyft are also available throughout the area. The home offers driveway parking, making it easy to come and go as you explore the Space Coast.

Starter supplies are intended to get you through the beginning of your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed.
