- Loblolly (original name given home) is a unique and special place to make lasting family memories. Your special vacation home has been featured on the front cover of SPACES (space-coast style and design magazine). Loblolly has been a featured property in the Tropical Trail Spring Bloom Tours over the years. Your vacation home sits directly on the Intercoastal waterway. The property was built in the early 70s and designed to be a peaceful place to retire. Loblolly was purchased from the original family and completely reimagined... Evenings at beach fire pit relaxing, watching the sunset while dolphins jump in the background.... enjoying the dock, kids in playground next to you while you sunbath at pool. The pool was designed for kids very large walk in beach area, a family stroll around Loblolly trail- a coquina path that circles the property... just magical.
