I liked this hotel! The room was small, but the low price compensated for this. The staff was friendly, there were no issues with parking, and the place was safe and quiet, which is nice since I'm a little weary after a long day. The area is nice too, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. I am delighted and would stay here again.

The hotel was centrally located near Paseo de Montejo, less than 5 min walking to Fiesta Americana where you can rent a car from many car rental companies in there. It is a beautiful neighborhood.

Nice hotel. Good amenities. I wish the beds were softer and I wish there were more outlets in the room. I would recommend it if you don’t have a lot of things to plug in to charge.

It’s a decent hotel. Not great and not bad. I’ve stayed at IBIS hotels all over the world and this is probably the most underwhelming one. There are better hotels with much nicer staff & more amenities for the same price in town. With so much competition you would think staff would be more hospitable. Again not great nor terrible. Just meh

My 3rd stay here but different experience. Staff was not welcoming. Front desk staff did not seem happy to be working today. We arrived at noon knowing checkin was at 3pm. Nothing we could do about our arrival time. This is the first time I’ve experienced staff wait until the stated checkin time. They stated they did not know when a room would be ready. 3 hours later a young lady stepped from behind the front desk with a huge stack of room keys and started to pass them out to several people waiting patiently. I’ve stayed at Ibis in Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and now a couple of times in Mexico and this is the first time I’ve seen this. Add to the staff not being friendly or welcoming…I’m disappointed. I stayed here during the holidays when it was very busy & hectic and staff handled it with warm smiles & grace. But new staff and poor customer service today. Let’s hope this stay gets better

Me gustó el trato y amabilidad de los de recepción, adquirimos el desayuno no los ofreció el recepcionista de las tarde, y muy rico completo pedimos huevos revueltos y no los hizo la chef muy amable.
