The property is beautiful. Great location. It was very walkable. There was no communication from the staff in regards to the electricity going off at night for a few hours and no hot water at night. There were no phones in the rooms or refrigerator.

Great location and a nice enough hotel. It's clean and the staff are helpful. Water is only warm at times not hot and the bed is very hard. It's located nest to a hostel that can be quite loud until 2300. The breakfast is pretty good and the grounds are nice. Adding double glazing for noise, fixing the hot water and upgrading the bed would make this place a gem.

Hotel Hacienda Merida is a charming, well maintained boutique hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was cleaned to perfection each day. Breakfast served on the outside patio was a lovely start to the day. If you like salsa dancing, La Negrita is a short walk down the street. I loved staying at Hacienda Merida. It made my last few days in Merida a pleasure!

Hacienda Mérida is a charming, centrally located gem—just a short walk from key attractions like the Mérida Cathedral, Paseo de Montejo, Santa Lucía, and the city’s renowned gastronomy street. The front office team was exceptionally warm and accommodating, even assisting with planning day trips to Uxmal, Chichén Itzá, and Valladolid before our arrival. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. We absolutely loved our stay at Hacienda Mérida and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or return in the future.
