"Staff were professional and helpful, the gym, bar/dining area, and pool were nice, property and room were clean. The only issue was the valet, retrieved something from my vehicle twice, both times it was parked super close to a vehicle and at an angle. Watched one attendant almost hit the entrance gate with a vehicle."

"The front desk was very nice and helpful . We couldn’t watch tv while in room it kept buffering. The second day while their housekeeper knocked on door once and while opening door . Didn’t give us a chance to say we were still in unit. The last day we were planning to sleep until close to check out but we were awaken by a housekeeper that was feuding with her significant other on speaker phone and while in hallway. All in all the valet guy and front desk personnel were very friendly."

"Came to Savannah on my birthday trip and everyone on staff from the moment we got there was amazing. I was with my husband and we had a friend with us. The only issue we had was our room was a lot smaller than the solo travelers and our room also did not have a fridge but everything else was great. I read a lot of reviews that said the hotel was noisy but we did not have an issue at all with that and our room looked out to a parking garage. Bedding was soft and the shower had good pressure. This hotel definitely has that cute vintage charm to it that we wanted. Also the night desk lady Christina is AMAZING! She was so helpful with us when we needed directions or places to go, honestly we 100% will stay here again when we go back to Savannah. Also the Pink House is right next door and a super cute square right across the street. Lots of fun bars within the walking block if you want to stay close!"

"My kids had a wonderful time. The room was perfect for a 3 year old and 6 year old. Only problem was a shower. My little one is used to having baths and I forgot the travel blow up bath tub but we made it work. The kids also enjoyed the pool outside. There are chairs and pool towels down by the pool. They loved viewing the huge cargo ships and boats going by the hotel. We did have a balcony on the 6th floor,but we don't let our kids run wild without supervision at all times."
